Incoming e-mails are analyzed automatically and users\u2019 privacy is not compromised.<\/span><\/p>\n

More than 70% of email traffic is spam, which at its worst is wasted tens of minutes every day. Many filtering systems move spam to a separate spam folder that the end user has access to. However, the end user is often the weakest link in security; not all staff can be trained as security experts. MailInSafe does not have a separate spam folder, but the messages are filtered before they reach the end user\u2019s email.<\/p>\n

E-mail scams are becoming more sophisticated year by year. The damage can be great if the malware is accessed on the company\u2019s intranet or if the scammers take the company\u2019s bank IDs. Therefore, security should not be left to end users.<\/p>\n

The service automatically checks for incoming messages using several methods and stops messages containing malicious software. The system does not slow down the flow of real mail. Due to the variety of messages, it is not possible to delete all spam automatically.<\/p>\n
